Phnom Penh, World Housing
In November of 2014, Yilun had the opportunity to visit Phnom Penh, Cambodia along with members of Westbank Corp’s Vancouver House Project. With the purchase of every home sold through the Vancouver House development, Westbank fully funded the construction of a dwelling for disadvantaged families in one of the most poverty-stricken areas of the world.

Yilun was honored, humbled and grateful to participate in this life changing experience. Along with the Westbank team, he toured schools, visited support facilities that provided skills training to local workers and gifted homes to many deserving families. He was given the opportunity to talk and learn from their experiences. With these new homes, the project was able to give the community and these families a chance to thrive by providing a roof over their heads, and the safety and security that comes with it.
